Marina Ceramic Studio is a ceramics workshop that has been opening its doors for years to anyone interested in discovering the magnificent art of ceramic modeling and decoration.

The workshops regularly held at the studio are for everyone, adults and children, with or without experience.

Each session lasts two hours, during which various items are made using red or white clay. Once dry, they are fired at about 1000 degrees for 20 hours to transform the clay into terracotta.

Once the first firing is complete, the items can be customized in a second session by applying color (natural and hypoallergenic slip) and subsequently glazed with transparent glossy crystal glaze, which, after a second firing at 1000 degrees, gives them a glossy, waterproof, and resistant surface.

Marina, your teacher, will share all her know-how and help you complete your creations by teaching you the various hand-building techniques useful for making the various items.

The cost of 35 euros per session per person includes everything needed: materials, clays, tools, molds, and the 1000-degree firing.

If you are unable to attend a second session, you can ask Marina to complete the glazing with Glossy White Glaze or Transparent Glossy Crystal Glaze for an extra cost of 5 euros per item. This way, after just one session, your items will be returned to you as glazed ceramics.
