Each guest will make traditional Salento pasta shapes, starting from making the dough with water and ancient grains to shaping the pasta.
Guests can take the pasta they made home and cook it themselves.

SALENTO PASTA EXPERIENCE at A MATTRA CHINA APS :

Each guest will make traditional Salento pasta shapes, starting from making the dough with water and ancient grains to shaping the pasta.
Guests will be able to taste the pasta they produced, served with a freshly made sauce prepared on the spot, a glass of matching local wine, and a homemade dessert.

SALENTO COOKING CLASS EXPERIENCE at A MATTRA CHINA APS :

Each guest will make traditional Salento pasta shapes, Apulian focaccia, potato panzerotti or potato pitta, pasticciotto or pasticciotto cake, and will be able to enjoy the meal either with the lunch option (12:00 - maximum 15:00) or the dinner option (19:00 - maximum 22:00). 

Maximum duration 3 hours

15% discount for families or groups (minimum 4 people). Children up to 2 years old are free of charge.

The same rates apply if I go directly to the properties. I will bring all the necessary equipment for the various preparations.

These options can be customized according to guests' needs and require a minimum of 2 participating guests. 

Dates and times are quite flexible for now, and depend on the booking schedule of the various properties, so confirmation must always be requested.
