The property is located on one of the most characteristic streets of the historic center of Gallipoli, which connects it directly to the Cathedral. The parking area of the port, designated for non-residents, can also be reached in just a few minutes. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, Wifi, hot and cold air conditioning, and the common area is equipped with a coffee corner, kettle and sink. Stairs then lead to a small terrace, where you can enjoy some sun or comfortably dry your clothes. The property does not have a lift but is located on the first floor.

Check-in is scheduled from 11 AM until 8 PM; should you have specific needs, a different arrangement can be agreed upon with the staff, taking into account any additional fees. Room cleaning is carried out every three days and includes a change of bed linen and towels, but room checks and responses to any needs will be monitored daily. Please be mindful of separate waste collection and try to waste as little plastic as possible. Silence is appreciated at specific times of the day, such as very early in the morning, early afternoon, or at night after 11 PM, considering that the rooms are located inside a larger home.
Each room is equipped with gas and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as fire extinguishers on both floors.
